Austin Flores founded CT Builders with grit, vision, and a deep belief in building something bigger than himself. After a life-changing back injury in 2014 forced him to relearn how to walk and reimagine his future, Austin turned hardship into purpose. What began as a small countertop business launched with his father grew, through perseverance and faith, into CT Builders in 2020. From the early days of financial struggle and hard-earned first jobs to leading a thriving remodeling company in Central Texas, Austin’s journey has shaped the heart of the business.
 

Today, Austin leads CT Builders with a strong commitment to integrity, authenticity, and honesty. He believes remodeling should be more than transactional. It should feel organized, transparent, and deeply client-focused from start to finish.

 

Known for valuing process as much as the final result, Austin is passionate about creating a company where clients feel confident and cared for, and where team culture is inviting, respectful, and grounded in trust.
