With a background that blends hands-on construction experience and professional roles across multiple industries, Julie brings a well-rounded perspective to every project at CT Builders. Her previous positions strengthened her communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, which she now applies daily to support both the team and clients throughout the building process.

As Project Coordinator, Julie plays a key role in managing project details from planning through execution. She oversees scheduling, organizes documentation, communicates with clients and trade partners, and leads the estimating process to ensure every proposal is accurate, thorough, and thoughtfully prepared. Her attention to detail helps create a smooth and well-coordinated experience from start to finish.

Known for being reliable, organized, and approachable, Julie keeps information flowing and steps in wherever needed to keep projects moving forward. She is passionate about contributing to meaningful, high-quality work and finds the greatest satisfaction in watching a project come together, knowing she played a part in its success.

Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is currently pursuing her PMP certification to further strengthen her project leadership expertise.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new hobbies, and traveling whenever possible, especially cruises to new destinations.
