Nicole Taylor
Office Manager

Nicole joined CT Builders in January 2025, bringing a strong foundation in architecture and higher education. She began her career at an architectural firm in New York and later supported construction compliance for California school projects, as well as administrative operations at UCLA’s School of Nursing. These experiences gave her a solid understanding of construction processes, documentation, and the systems that keep projects running smoothly.

 

At CT Builders, Nicole’s role has evolved quickly. She initially supported accounts receivable and now plays an integral part in financial coordination, marketing initiatives, event planning, and assisting the bookkeeper with documentation, tracking, and invoicing. Her ability to adapt and step into multiple responsibilities has made her an invaluable part of the team.

 

Professionally, Nicole is known for her exceptional attention to detail and her ability to “wear many hats.” She learns quickly, stays organized, and approaches every task with a solutions-oriented mindset.

 

What excites Nicole most about her role at CT Builders is being part of a close-knit team where her contributions truly matter. After working in larger organizations, she appreciates the opportunity to make a visible impact and see projects and initiatives come to life. She thrives in a collaborative environment and values the shared commitment to quality and growth.

 

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with family and close friends, exploring new places, and never turning down a good cup of coffee. She is actively seeking ways to serve in her local church and hopes to become a CASA volunteer to support children in foster care.

 

Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business. She also received an X-REF Award from her previous employer, HMC Architects, for her proposal presentation, earning an all-expenses-paid, 10-day trip to Cuba in 2017.

 

Fun fact: Nicole is originally from the Bronx, NY; and she has a twin sister.
